I live and work in New York City.
I regularly travel to Philippines and will be back in there in late spring 2026. For now just looking to make friends until I travel there.
I am working towards retirement in 5 years at most. Thinking to live in Angeles though open to locating in Cebu City or somewhere in Visayas. maybe Bacolod City or Dumaguete because I want to be in a coastal area for beaches. I prefer to be within a few miles of the shore. I cant swim a lick but love waters.
For now I am dating but as my retirement gets closer I am open to LTR but not looking for someone to pressure me for immediate committment. I love sports and am an extrovert. I am not a romantic type so those seeking love bombing I am not for you.
I can cook and I plan to. A stove with an oven, air fryer and a griller. I can bake too!. I do plan to travel a bit while in retirement (2 to 3 months a year on average) though my primary residence will be in Philippines.
I love video games, Netflix, Amazon Prime. I do like going to movies and live shows. I love reading about geopolitics and find Philippine politics chaotic and interesting.. I also use audible to listen to books. I watch alot of youtube for historical documentaries and current events. I plan to play some golf, fishing, casinos, shooting range and learn maybe some woodwork and crafts. My dream is maybe to build my own furniture from scratch and even start a small private business to stay busy. Not even thinking to get rich . I just want something fun and worthwhile to stay active.
