Self-awareness - This is a big one. If someone isn’t self-aware, I’m not sure if I’d feel like I could trust them.
Intelligence - I try to gauge their intelligence level to see if we could have a decent conversation.
Open-minded - Nothing like trying to interact with a close-minded individual. It’s so frustrating.
Empathetic - Some level of empathy is important.
Introvert - I get along better with Introverts more often than Extroverts. At least in the long-term.
Honesty - Finding out how honest they are would probably come with time. I can’t stand a fake person.
Calm - If someone is constantly way too loud and over-excited, it becomes exhausting.
Hobbies in common - It’s always a bonus if we have similar likes and tastes.
