About me
I hate to talk about myself, so this part is hard for me. I've created a life that does away with what I lived as a child. In a word, pain. Emotional and physical. I love the words of Lao Tzu and Buddhism. I've only recently discovered the words of Jesus. I love the idea of absolute strength but never showing it. Shaolin monks amaze me. The softness of a butterfly with the power of a bull. The soft wind that kisses your cheek can become a hurricane when needed. I'm recently widowed. The mystery that the future brings can be exciting or heart breaking. Sometimes both. I choose to see all events in life as a clue to my journeys purpose. I wish it would just give me the answer, but that is not what the journey is for. Life is for learning and learn I will.
About you
Should I find her, my angel will be passionate about the things she loves. Athletics, arts and exploring the neighborhood or world. I'm addicted to random adventures. Things learned and found by making a wrong turn. Adventure where once there was none. The company of one that makes a life event worth remembering. My day starts early, so, if she so choses, she could go the gym with me. A healthy body keeps my mind in a good place. It's hard to be sad when you feel great. On the opposite side of the coin, I like to read and watch history documentaries. I'm also crazy about Formula One racing. If we can share this, it would be amazing. I have the strange quirk of being drawn to restaurants that I have no clue or idea what the food type is. Sometime this can be rewarding, sometimes it's not. Sadly, I lost my wife six months ago. She unfortunately didn't share my love of all things spontaneous. She always wanted a plan and a debate of that plan. That always took some of the fun away. Since we never know when our last day may come, should we not seek to be uplifted by life?
