that's one of my weaknesses!) open minded attitude, a good communicator, & of course, beautiful inside & out.
Okay, a little silly is fine! I am too. 
And shorter hair is fine also.
I'm not looking for someone to take care of, I'm looking for a partner that is willing to take care of each other. Get it? There is a difference, lol!
Someone who wants me for me, not a person who wants me to work for them just to pursue their own agenda. A person who wants to work towards "mutual" goals. Not just their own.
A person who wants to work together for the same goals in life. But who is willing and compromising towards their partner with their own goals and ideas also.
A person who puts their "partner" along with themselves first, not second or last, or somewhere down the line. This is the way it should be, don't you think?
Without a solid foundation for any kind of structured relationship that is built together on top of it, will just fall apart eventually. Otherwise it was never put together properly to begin with.
Also, an open minded person, someone optimistic, someone who is not "jaded".
Women that are of that nature tend to be too "judgmental".
And as it turns out, they decide to become the "jury", who then becomes a "judge", who then finds you "guilty", who then takes it upon themselves to become the "executioner", that then "slays" you before they even get to know you! 
One thing that I cannot stand, is "insecurity" in a woman. Or insecurity in anyone for that matter. Although it is understandable of what one person may have gone through in a past relationship with someone else, it is unfair for their next or current partner to have to put up with their insecurity because of that previous relationship. Just because of what you went through, doesn't mean the next person should have to suffer for it, right?
Let's face it, even "insecure people" don't like "insecure people", lol!
Confidence is "attractive", insecurity is "un-attractive".
Insecurity gives off a negativity that is not at all "positive" in anyway.
And it will shine through in oneself eventually, believe me. Hah! No time for that kind of negativity in my life! No thank you! :-P
And two of the most important things to me is,
1) Not to be taken for granted. Relying on a significant other is one thing, but taking them for granted on a regular basis will cause a relationship to crumble.
2) I would hope to be someone that a woman would want, longed for, always wanted, or get to know each other, then fall in love. Not instantly of course, but somewhat gradually.
I would like to be a person that someone will fall in love with, not someone you settle for. Let's be optimistic! And good luck to everyone!
