I have to add that my now deceased wife was a Pinay (a fantastic and trustable woman), and I'm pretty familiar with the country's culture and "weirdness" (all in the eyes of the beholder) 
Most familiar with the mid and south part (Cebu and Mindanao), but have traveled most of the Philippines during my visits there. Actually I have frequent been visiting several countries in south east Asia, both work and holidays.
Good English skills required, hopefully done with kids (don't consider more). If you have some Norwegian language skills in addition, it would be perfect. Decent educational level is a big plus. I don't have any plans more or less permanent relocate, so she must be villing to consider relocate to my country. I would love to spend periods of time in her country, or other countries she like to explore. It can be mentioned that I have a proprty at the middle of Phils (Cebu City area).
Since I love hiking together with my dog, she's hopefully familiar with dogs ( the kind of dog that sleep inside the house, spoiled, and don't only sleep outside)
Just to make it clear, I don't care if you are from Phils, Vietnam, Thailand or any other country, as far as you are a good and trustable person, and no anger issues.
I have a daughter that now have her own family to focus on, and she left the "nest" about ten years ago.
