So you know I have survived many injuries from major car accidents.
1981 rolled 13 times in a van. Broken neck and back. My fault I was in a high speed chase with the police I quit drinking after that. And still don't, no drugs, no gambling.
1986 drunk driver hit me hit head on. I climbed out. Right knee and ankle damage. 20 hours of surgery to repair. Four years physio to learn how to walk again.
2004 Brakes failed on my Harley. Hit a cement divider. Broken shoulder. Got my motorcycle home and drove myself to the hospital.
2014 hit from the side by a pickup truck. My beagle sitting beside me was ejected and killed, but he hit my body causing a lot of damage. I am glad he didn't suffer he was a great dog. I cimbed out with a Broken neck and worse ( had to, my jeep was on fire) 2 and a half hour trip in an ambulance and 5 hours of spinal surgery later. 45 days in hospital. Broken back, other knee and wrist damage not repaired. Bad surgeon.
BTW I am a good driver. Really. Unlucky most definitely.
If that scares you no problem. I still do all I did before, just a little slower. I still managed to sky dive, climb a mountain and even swam with sharks. At first I didn't know the sharks were there. When I found out I swam very fast. That happened while I was in the Navy.
With Gods help I survived all that and a cheating wife. Now divorced. That proves no matter what life throws at me I kept going. My challenges are not over. I can tell coz today I am still breathing.
I am a space traveller, travelled billions of miles. So have you. I have travelled around the sun 68 times. The solar system is moving around the milky way at 550,000 Mph, my part of the earth rotates at 600 mph. The milky way is traveling at 1.3 million Mph through the universe.
Is your nose bleeding yet? Ya I am a bit of a science geek, I even wrote a couple of sci-fi novels.
Maybe we could write a new story about us.
