I work as a Nurse and a Personal Trainer, and I’m passionate about running and Martial Arts (Taekwondo). I am also a High-Needs Autistic person—something I learned about after serving in the military. It has shaped who I am, and I believe in being upfront about it.

If you can understand and accept these parts of me, you will find that I have a lot of love, loyalty, and care to give. My closest friendships have lasted over 20 years. My circle is small, but deeply meaningful. When I trust someone, that trust lasts for life.
