I am kind of introvert person but I'm still approachable I like to give my help and approach people whenever I feel they left out or sad, I dont know just being sad is miserable if you ever felt that way I guess you would not like the other to feel the same but I don't say being sad is not normal being sad is a normal in life because we have also scientifically explanation for having sa sad mood but well let's make it short I don't like to see people are struggling my heart is to fragile for that. 😄
