Meditation teacher, writer, and curious explorer of what it means to live well. I’m drawn to meaningful conversation, beautiful moments, slow mornings, poetry, nature, and people who are thoughtful, emotionally aware, and a little unconventional. I spend my time hosting meditation circles, creating creative projects, travelling, and trying not to take life too seriously while still meeting it deeply.
