Hi am Jong 46 of age and am a God fearing individual and knows how to prepare a meal and am so into intermittent fasting and a widower w/ no kids and I manage my own retailing/agrevit store but definitely not a gambler not a fan of "sabong" just to clarify I just liked the idea malaki kaya ang kitaan Dito (laugh) so thats why I was hook to this kind of business and one more thing I don't have any vices..well there's one and that is Netflix am into movies and mini series "crime and drama" to be exact and am not a fan of local channels and shows because it depresses me Hindi kc ako maka masa eh😅..well i don't know so predictable na Kasi Yung mga local shows natin Dito😅 and am not really fan of alcoholic drinks..I do drink but in a very rare occasions that's why at my age right now I don't have a beer belly health buff talaga I eat 7 am to 10am after that stop na fasting na for 16hours to 20 hours max my diet is consist of fish and vegetables lang and I never grew tried of my said diet it's my personal motivation to myself Wala naman kasing pumayat sa padiet diet lang(laugh) fasting is the way to go and self discipline well Hindi q nererecommend ang fasting it's not for anyone anyway ..qng kaya lng ng katawan db.. healthy and clean living and am a graduate of Bachelore of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Mgmt. And what else..oh not a scam nor a perv..let's try on spreading positive vibe.
