I’m a mom of two (9 and 4) and have been separated for about a year. My ex and I agreed not to finalize the divorce yet but we live completely separate lives.(We agreed to divorce in 2030 because things are complicated and there are still matters we need to consider. For now, there’s no rush since I’m single. We live separate lives, don’t interfere in each other’s personal matters, and only focus on co-parenting. But if I meet someone I truly want to marry, I can file for divorce anytime I don’t have to wait until 2030, and my ex agreed to that as well. I just want us to do what’s best for our child and ourselves.)
I still believe in love, and I’m hoping that this second time around, I can find a serious relationship built on trust, care, and honesty.
