First of all I am just about to turn 61... but I AM NOT someone that has a 60 year old mind set! I see others my age slowing down in their physical activity... but I am stepping my efforts up... I have physical and mental goals I am pursuing and will do so until I die. I will still be running and lifting weights when I am in my 80's and 90's. No-one will be changing my nappies in a nursing facility 😉
I feel we can always improve ourselves in some way. I have no plan to follow the 'herd' into my older years.
