About me

I sometimes wonder if people truly want to get to know me, as I am currently working as a domestic helper here in Hong Kong. But behind this role is a decade of experience as a call center supervisor in the Philippines. I made the difficult choice to move here because, with the current state of inflation, providing for my family meant choosing the path that paid more, even if it meant leaving my office career behind.
Beyond my work, I am a single mother of two. For a long time, I was the only one carrying the weight of my family—I was the provider, the planner, and the problem-solver. I’ve poured my heart into relationships where I gave everything, only to realize I was never truly being cared for in return. It felt deeply unfair to be the only one fighting for a 'complete family.'
I’ve learned that when a relationship stops being a partnership, I have the strength to walk away. I would rather be a single mom than be with someone who doesn't contribute. However, I haven't closed my heart; if I meet someone who truly understands my journey and my worth, I am open to seeing where that leads.

About you
