My paternal direct lineage and ancestry has been traced back a formidable estimated of 500-700 years and an on-going of a potential of 800+ years to the area of Northumberland, England and some long forgotten lands of Denmark where some legends and lores of the Danish Vikings invaded other parts of Europe.
Ancient rune text with my surname has been inscribed in these lands. Once this surname had made its journey to English and Germanic territory was it then translated into what is used and communicated now by my family.
