I’ve never been married, and I’ve been single for the past three years, not even dating. That was a conscious choice. I chose peace, healing, and taking the time to truly understand myself rather than rushing into something that didn’t feel right. I don’t have children of my own. Not because I didn’t want them, but because life unfolded differently than I had hoped. I experienced pregnancies that didn’t succeed, something that was never my choice and was both emotionally and mentally exhausting. It was a painful journey, and after everything I went through, I’ve made peace with the decision not to try again. It’s a boundary I’ve set with care, self-awareness, and compassion for myself.
I do love children deeply. I’ve been a constant presence in my niece’s life since she was just two months old, and she’s now eleven years old.. She’s been with me through the years, and I love her as if she were my own. In every way that matters, she is family, she is home, and she is more than enough.
I know life doesn’t always look the way we expect, but it can still be full, meaningful, and beautiful. I’m grounded, emotionally aware, and at peace with the path I’m on.
