Hello! I'm Gage.

I'm from the U.S. and have lived all over the country - Washington State, California, New York, and Tennessee. I've also driven across it a few times now while doing different road trips or moving. I've visited around 20 national parks here, but I'd like to see and hike them all.

I recently moved to Taipei to study Mandarin. I'm quite new to the language, so take it easy on me 😅.

I enjoy scuba diving, hiking, skydiving, Jiu Jitsu, and silver smithing among other things.

I studied accounting and taxation in college after getting out of the military. I've been slowly traveling across the world before settling here in Taiwan.

I plan on being here for a while, so I'm hoping to find someone to explore the island with. I'd like to meet someone who is physically active and would be up for cycling around Sun Moon Lake or hiking up Yangmingshan, but also capable of deep conversations and humor.
