I currently live in Oregon, USA and have decided to relocate to the Philippines (Central Visayas), and slow down a bit to take the time to "smell the flowers" now that I have the luxury to do so.

I live and eat clean: don't eat unhealthy food, don't smoke, drink or use profane language, don't have tattoos or anything like all that or near that. Don't watch TV or do social media. OK, that is a lot of what I don't do-- now on to the more positive stuff.

I like reading, gardening, home improvement and building things, biking, picnics, BBQs, boating, day hikes,road trips. I'm not really entertained by passive entertainment, preferring activities that I participate in actively. I like kids and animals and they tend to like me.

I have lived in the the wide open spaces of the American west (the provinces) for much of my life, the big city is definitely not my thing, but I am OK with going into the city (not Manila tho, that is def way too crowded for me) from time to time and doing some of those fun city things. So if you are (or want to be) a big city girl it’s most likely not going to work out for us.

Here are some observations about me that you might find helpful. When I asked my former partner, “how would you describe me”, after looking out the window for a bit she said “Your most attractive qualities are not those which are immediately apparent”. Another former partner when asked the same question said “You are more like my favorite dress that I wear all the time because it’s so comfortable and “just works” for me”; rather than that crazy expensive pair of Louboutin pumps that I bought because they were so beautiful but I can’t keep them on my feet for more than a hour before they start hurting.”
