About me

I feel broken today. I'm not sure why, but I feel like I'm stuck in a rut. I'm not sure how to move forward or what to do to make myself feel better.

So, I'm taking some time for myself. I'm going to start by taking a hot bath. I'm going to add some lavender essential oils to the water, light some candles, and just relax. I'm going to take some deep breaths and focus on how the warm water feels against my skin.

After that, I'm going to make myself a cup of tea. I'm going to choose something calming and soothing, like chamomile or peppermint. I'm going to sit down and sip my tea slowly, and really savor it. I'm going to focus on the flavor and the warmth of the cup in my hands.

Then I'm going to do something creative. I'm going to take out my sketchbook and draw something that makes me feel good. I'm going to take my time and really enjoy the process.

Finally, I'm going to end my self-care session by writing down a few things I'm grateful for. I'm going to write down the things that make me feel loved and appreciated.

By the end of my self-care session, I'm feeling much better. I'm feeling like I can take on the world again. I'm feeling like I can move forward and make progress. I'm feeling like I'm ready to take on whatever comes my way.
