Just back from TH and PH. Did not use this site when in country. Was looking for initial 1 year rental accommodation somewhere suitable for early 2026
I have now looked at Phuket, Chiang Mai, Hua Hin and Pattaya in Thailand and Cebu, Dumaguete and Davao in Philippines.
Back home in UK making my mind up. House is up for sale and should be heading East by April 2026 at latest
