Born and raised in the charming embrace of Gainesville, Virginia, I am a proud country girl at heart, shaped by the values instilled in me by my grandparents. They nurtured my spirit with old-school wisdom, teaching me the importance of kindness and community. My journey took an exciting turn when I ventured into Northern New Jersey, where the vibrant pulse of city life quickly captivated me. The energy of New York City, with its endless possibilities and diverse culture, has become one of my favorite escapes. Yet, no matter where I roam, the lessons of my rural upbringing remain deeply ingrained in my character—a testament to the adage, “you can take a country girl out of the country, but you can’t take the country out of her.”
With a strong academic foundation, I graduated high school in 2011, immediately pursuing my passion for healthcare. I completed nursing school, followed by an associate's degree in Medical Billing and Coding, culminating in a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management from Penn State. My love for learning knows no bounds, and I've taken that enthusiasm into my role as a Phlebotomist, where I find joy in drawing specimens and honing my skills. Every interaction with patients is a reminder of why I embrace this path—it's about making a difference, however small, in someone else's life.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I am an avid lover of the outdoors and travel. Nature offers me a sense of peace and adventure, whether I'm hiking through the woods or exploring new trails. Although my passport has yet to be stamped with an international adventure, I hold a sense of wanderlust, believing that the world is full of experiences yet to be discovered. With an open heart and a curious mind, I look forward to where the journey will take me next—after all, life is a beautiful adventure waiting to be embraced!
