1. Agreement
This agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the web site. These terms may be modified by DateInAsia.com, and such modifications will be effective upon posting by DateInAsia.com on the web site. This agreement includes DateInAsia.com's Privacy Policy, and any notices regarding the web site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you must not use this Website.

2. Age Limit
You must be 18 or over to sign up as a member of DateInAsia.com or use the web site. Membership in the service is void where prohibited. By using the web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

3. Usage
You will not post or send to other members any information that is defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, slanderous, threatening, harassing, racially offensive or illegal. You will not discriminate other members for their sexual orientation. You will not send spam messages/posts to members on this site (which includes but is not limited to sending/requesting financial information, advertising, etc.). You will also not post or send to any members any material that infringes or violates another's rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Violating any of these will lead to a permanent ban of your account and IP(s). DateInAsia.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profiles/accounts it deems unacceptable.

4. Advertising
You will not advertise other sites or businesses, attempt to scam or defraud members, send spam, or anything related to advertising to our members or publish such information anywhere on the site. You will not attempt to obtain personal contact information, financial information, etc. from members you do not know, or against their wishes. Violating any of these will lead to a permanent ban of your membership and IP(s). In addition, DateInAsia.com keeps extensive logs and we will not hesitate to contact the police and/or our lawyer.

5. Accounts
You are only allowed to create one account (one account per unique person). Creating multiple accounts and/or impersonating other persons will lead directly to a permanent ban of all your accounts and IP(s). If there is an error in the information loaded, or any updates/changes to the information are required, please contact the staff promptly for assistance.

6. Photos
If you choose to upload a profile photo, it must be of the member signing up for the service. If there is doubt as to the validity of the picture, then we reserve the right to request a salute photo at anytime during your membership on this site. Uploading fake profile photos, or inability to prove the validity of the photo if requested, will lead to a permanent ban of your membership and IP(s). You will not include in your profile any photos that are depicting any type of sexual act or photos that would be considered porn.

7. Monitoring of information
We reserve the right to monitor all the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members to ensure that you do not violate our terms of use.

8. Removal of information
While we do not and cannot review all the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate our terms of use.

9. Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time for any reason, without prior notice. The reason will be justified if this becomes necessary, however DateInAsia.com is under no obligation to provide such justification.

10. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members. DateInAsia.com will NOT be held responsible for ANY information published by its members.

11. Losses
We are not liable for loss of data or any damages the service might cause you, your computer, or anything else related to you.

12. Warranty
We give no warranty or guarantee about the availability of the service. It is provided "as is", and may be discontinued or changed at any time without prior notice.
